I agree. It could be there is no conflict if the event scheduled there was cancelled and we weren't informed. Or, possibly that meeting could be moved to another space, so the new event can have adequate or consistent space.
The Check Availability wizard only shows times where there are no conflicts with the facility you have selected. It's designed so that you can go see what times are available for a certain facility - with no other conflicting events. If you ask for all facilities, it will only show facilities and times where there are no conflicts.
