PDS Version 8 Updates Available

The Version 8 updates are now available for the following PDS programs:

  • Church Office 8.0 E
  • Formation Office 8.0 E
  • School Office 8.0 E
  • Facility Scheduler 8.0 E
  • Ministry Scheduler 8.0 D
  • Ledger/Payroll 8.0 E
  • DioOffice 8.0 E
If your system is configured to automatically check for updates (see File > Setup > Initial Setup > Automatically Update), you’ll see a notice on your program home screen.


To download and update Version 8:
  1. Clients enrolled in the PCP program can go to the Downloads page.
  2. Click the Download link, and save the installation file to your desktop.
  3. On your desktop, double-click the Setup.exe file.
  4. Follow the instructions on the screen.
  5. Run the upgrade on each workstation where PDS is installed.
 
OnDemand clients get this upgrade automatically. Look for the announcement when you log in.
If you're serviced through a local dealer, contact your dealer to obtain this upgrade.
All other clients can upgrade to Version 8 by contacting the PDS sales team at 800-892-5202.
