PDS Version 8 Updates and Version 9 Upgrades Available

Updates are now available for the following PDS programs:

  • Facility Scheduler 8.2 G
  • Ministry Scheduler 8.2 F
  • Ledger & Ledger/Payroll 8.2 G
Upgrades are now available for the following PDS programs:

  • Facility Scheduler 9.0 A
  • Ministry Scheduler 9.0 A
  • Ledger & Ledger/Payroll 9.0 A

You can view the release notes to see what's new and what we fixed.

OnDemand clients get these updates automatically. Look for the announcement when you log in.

If your system automatically checks for updates (File > Setup > Initial Setup > Automatically Update), you’ll see a notice on the program home screen. Otherwise, you can update your program manually.

To update Version 8 or upgrade to Version 9 manually:

  1. Clients enrolled in the PCP program can log in to the Downloads page and choose your program update.
  2. Click the Download link, and save the file.
  3. Locate the saved file and double-click it.
  4. Follow the instructions on the screen.
  5. Run the update on each workstation where PDS is installed.
