PDS Version 7 Updates Available

The Version 7 updates are now available for the following PDS programs:
  • Facility Scheduler 7.3E
  • Ministry Scheduler 7.3E
This is the last update for Version 7 programs. Please upgrade to Version 8 for future enhancements and corrections.


If your system is configured to automatically check for updates (see File > Setup > Initial Setup > Automatically Update), you'll see a notice on your program home screen.

To download and load the latest update (Version 7)
  1. Clients enrolled in the PCP program can go to the Downloads page.
  2. Click the Download link, and save the installation file to your desktop.
  3. On your desktop, double-click the Setup.exe file.
  4. Follow the instructions on the screen.
  5. Run the update on each workstation where PDS is installed.

OnDemand clients get this update automatically. Look for the announcement when you log in.
If you're serviced through a local dealer, contact your dealer to obtain this update.
All other clients can upgrade to Version 8 by contacting the PDS sales team at 800-892-5202.
