Log out users by administrator

It would be helpful to be able to log out users that have forgotten to log off at the end of the day. With the backup procedure as it is, where it backs up the next day , but only if everyone has logged off the day before, we sometimes go several days without a backup because different people forget to log out several days in a row. Currently, I cannot log them off electronically (as the administrator). I have to physically go to their computer and log them out. It would be very handy to be able to log in as admin and log them off or have an automatic time out, of x minutes and give a warning they will be logged out due to inactivity or continue session.  This is a problem for both backups and maintenance/housekeeping that require "everyone must be logged off" to perform.
