I am beginning to schedule all our annual events for the upcoming fiscal year, I notice that there is a checkbox for "Is a mass" in the Event screen now, but when I am scheduling an event, I don't see this checkbox when scheduling a new event? Am I missing a screen someplace?
Hi, Adrienne. If you schedule your masses through the Mass Schedule screen, then this checkbox will automatically be set for you. We added the checkbox to the event screen for people who forgot to use the Mass Schedule and used the regular scheduling process to schedule masses. You can do that, but if you do, you will have to mark that box either on the event screen or through the Alter Events process. So my suggestion is to use the Mass Schedule process for scheduling masses.
