We have found a problem with the processing of online facility reservation requests. When the user requests a facility group for a recurring event, the processing code is not recognizing / flagging when conflicts exist. So rooms are getting double-booked. We only discovered this when we needed to modify the organization for one of the double-booked events. At that point, Facility Scheduler alerted us to the conflict. We recently began scheduling all of our rooms using only the online request form. This issue is causing us problems as it has already happened more than once with this type of request. Please correct this so we can be aware of conflicts before the scheduling takes place. Thank you.
