Facility Scheduler Mass Intentions Request

We have recently converted from tracking all of our mass intentions in a book to an excel spreadsheet.  However, we would like to be able to track them all within PDS facility scheduler since all the Mass information is already in there, but we need a couple more columns of information in order for us to do this.

We need a space for tracking the donations so we can easily add them up for the month  - typically the recommended donation is $10 per intention but it can vary.  And another column for the "given by" contact phone # in case we have questions of pronunciation or something on one of the requests.

And not as needed, but it would also be nice if there was a space to indicate whether the intention is for a living person "I" for intention or if it is for a deceased person "D"

We have been using Facility Scheduler for Mass Intentions for several years. When we double click on an intention, a new screen opens up that allows us to post the donation, add comments like phone numbers, and more. Then we can run a report that details or summarizes the donations and any other information in the record.

We use a convention of adding a + after the name of anyone who is deceased to make it easy to tell
