Event acknowledgement letter - choose contact

We use the organization "other" for when individuals want to rent our facility for a baby shower, birthday party, etc... I am willing to add the person as a contact for my "Other" organization if I could select which contact the event acknowledgment letter will be emailed to. As it currently works, it goes to the primary contact by default.
