I would like the option to choose what not to display eg. ending time, for events on the monthly calendar. I would like a default mass created or the ability to set up a default mass for event names. I feel that this would help me from having to manually enter every event that has a mass.
Hi Nancy. I apologize for the lateness of my reply - it's been a busy two months over here. To modify the information printed on the Monthly calendar, when you run the report, look for a button called "Modify the Layout of the Event Information" on the Calendar Layout screen. That's the screen where you set the margins. Click that button and you can remove the ending time by putting your cursor on the dash and hit your delete key 16 times. That will remove "- <Evt End Time>" which will no longer print the ending time on your monthly calendar.
I'm not sure exactly what you're asking for with a default mass. Do you currently use the Mass Schedule button to schedule your masses? If not, please check it out to see if it might fill your need for a default mass. If that doesn't help, can you give me some more details about what it is you need?
