The Schedule Using Past History does not keep the facilities or any Remarks/Housekeeping/Maintenance comments. We schedule 18 months out. It would be great if I could take an event (one-time or recurring) and change the dates to extend it to the next year. Now, I'm re-entering everything. Copying an event would be work but I would need it to work with recurring events. Any suggestions, I'm open to learning other techniques I am not aware of.
It would be perfect to have a clone button or a duplicate button similar to where you have the inactive button. The schedule using past history is cumbersome and doesn't always work perfectly and is slow and you do have to input almost all of the information again.
It would be a quicker process if, like google has, for every event on their calendars you have an option to duplicate the event, the event pops up, you choose duplicate and you are able to make changes to the name, times, location and dates if need be. In many cases to duplicate an event that occurs year after year it would be as simple as changing the dates, pressing save and a new event is created. This would be an amazing new feature that would save us so much work as we try to enter the events that occur year after year.
Also on another note, there are events that don't need a start and end time so an (all day) choice for time would be great to have, like for announcements that everyone needs to know about.
Please acknowledge why these type of simple changes can't be made to help us who use the program be able to work more efficiently.
