I would like to see the following options added to the PDS Office programs:
1. admin level logoff-have the ability to logoff any other user in the program if I am logged in as the admin.
2.ability to place limitation on the number of machines a user can be logged into and/or setting time limits on how long particular users will be able to be logged in.
3. auto-logoff w/ options eg. when backups starts or warning, followed by visibility of what the program is currently doing and inform the user you will be logged off upon completion of the backup.

I'm concerned about doing this if someone is actively using the program and in the middle of running a long report or in the middle of a long posting. I do like the capability of being able to do something like this for users that leave PDS up and running and then leave the church for a period of time and lock their office. I can see that this process could be rather cumbersome because the PDS program would have to save whatever the user was currently working on before exiting and the list of possibilities is long.
