Acknowledgement letter

There is no way outside of the scheduling an event process to email the acknowledgement letter.  I am aware that the letter can be accessed and printed from the reports menu but it cannot be emailed.  Please consider implementing this feature because you can email letters from PDS Office.

I was hoping this would be in v8, but I don't see it in v8.0A.  Are there any plans for incorporating this feature in an upcoming release?

We're still working towards this.  We're working on basic email functionality in the current sprint.  More to follow, but not in the 8.0 B release.
