Acknowledgement Letter

I need the ability to insert facility locations into the acknowledgement letter.  It currently only has organization fields under the 'insert field' option.  We have too many people that we have to shuffle around between locations if a room is not available.  Since this happens all the time, it is critical that they know the location and I cannot stress this enough.  I am having an increasingly hard time trying to work around this the way it is set up now and it is only going to get worse.

Hi, Kathleen, I understand what you mean and agree the event location needs be a field option in the acknowledgement letter. I was writing with someone else who is experiencing the same thing, and now I am wondering if it is something we can add ourselves. I will take a look the first chance I get and let you know if this is the case. Virg

Hi, Kathleen, I took a look at the options for insert fields on the acknowledgement letter and see where the location can be inserted. Once you click on the 'Insert Field', it is under 'Event - Detail' and is listed as 'Fac Name'; once inserted, it says <Evt Fac Name>. Granted, this is a copy of the acknowledgement letter that I have tweaked to be what I need it to be. As far as an acknowledgement letter that works for emailing, that is another situation. Currently, I print out the letters and place in the appropriate mailboxes or scan and email to the appropriate person(s). This is indeed time consuming, so I do believe there needs to an upgrade that addresses this situation - our constant social media world. Perhaps, there is an option and I am just missing it though. Either way, I hope this has been helpful. I wish you the best in trying to be more efficient - always one of my goals. Have a great day and wonderful evening. God bless.
